Yes. You can add your IKEA products and view your assembly price without any obligation. You only select a date and time slot afterwards, and decide for yourself whether you want to confirm the booking.

The service fee covers everything involved in arranging and supporting your assembly. This includes the professional's call-out costs, planning and coordinating the appointment, customer support, a careful final check and the free removal of packaging materials. Your total quote also includes the assembly of all selected accessories and components, such as drawers, doors, shelves, wardrobe rails, shoe racks and handles. This means you know exactly what you will pay in advance, with no hidden costs. Only potential parking costs are not included. These must be paid directly to our handyman by card during the appointment.

Our professionals can assemble most freestanding IKEA furniture. Complete kitchens, sanitary ware, plumbing, electrical work and other technical installation work are not included in our standard IKEA assembly service. For custom or unusual assembly requests, please contact us. We will be happy to review what may be possible.

Standard assembly takes place within 3 to 5 business days. Express assembly is available from 2 business days after booking, subject to a 10% surcharge. Saturday assembly is also available with a 10% surcharge. We do not carry out assemblies on Sundays.

Yes. Our professionals are VCA-certified and trained to work safely and responsibly. VCA is a recognised Dutch safety certification for contractors. We also screen every professional ourselves for experience, reliability and compliance with our quality standards. They bring professional tools and leave your furniture carefully assembled.

You pay for the assembly upfront when booking, securely online via iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard or another available payment method through Mollie. If parking costs apply at your address, you pay these directly to the professional by card during the appointment.

Before the appointment, check that all packages and parts are present and undamaged. If anything is missing, please contact us in advance. If necessary, we can reschedule the appointment so the professional can complete the assembly in one visit.

We remain responsible for ensuring the issue is handled properly. Report the problem through our support page or email rtnl.support@roamler.com. Please include your booking number and, where possible, clear photos. We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution, such as advice, a follow-up appointment or another professional.

Yes. Our professionals are insured for damage that occurs during the assembly. Please report any damage as soon as possible and include your booking number and clear photos, so we can resolve the situation quickly.

Yes. OnzeMonteur also assembles IKEA office furniture for businesses, including desks, office chairs, cabinets, meeting tables and complete workstations. For larger quantities or phased assembly projects, we will create a suitable schedule with you. Contact us to discuss the scope and requirements. Payment by invoice is available.
