Questions about PAX assembly

How long does PAX assembly take?▾
Depending on the combination, between 60 and 180 minutes per wardrobe. A basic PAX frame takes about 100 minutes. Combinations with sliding doors or corner solutions take longer.
Are sliding doors also assembled?▾
Yes, sliding doors (AULI, HASVIK, FÄRVIK etc.) are included in the price. Our assemblers know all PAX door systems.
Are PAX wardrobes attached to the wall?▾
Yes, anti-tip wall fitting is always included as standard. This keeps your wardrobe stable and safe. If you prefer not to have this done, the assembly warranty is void.
Can you also assemble PAX corner configurations?▾
Yes, L-shaped and U-shaped PAX configurations (e.g. FARDAL / ÅHEIM) are assembled by our assemblers. You can specify this in the quote.
Do I need to assemble anything myself?▾
No. The assembler assembles everything from scratch: frames, interior fittings, drawers, doors and wall anchoring. You only need to make sure the items are in the right room.
Is interior fitting (KOMPLEMENT) included?▾
Interior fittings such as KOMPLEMENT shelves, drawers and pull-out rails are included if they are on your receipt. Check your quote and adjust if needed.

What we arrange for you

  • 📱Time window by SMS — The day before the appointment you will receive an SMS by 17:00 with a two-hour window during which the assembler will arrive.
  • 📦Packaging removed — All cardboard and packaging material is neatly taken away after assembly.
  • 🔩Anti-tip security — Furniture is safely attached to the wall using the included anti-tip fittings. If you decline, the assembly warranty is void and you sign a waiver.
  • 📸Photos for reporting — The assembler takes photos of the products and assembly for internal reporting.

Useful to prepare

  • 🏠Products in place — Make sure the furniture to be assembled is already in the room where it will stay. The assembler does not move furniture through the house.
  • 📋Only items on the list — The assembler only assembles the products listed in the booking. Want to add something? Adjust the quote before payment.
  • 🅿️Parking costs — Any parking costs are settled directly during the appointment. Card payments only.
  • 🚫No modifications — Assemblers do not do renovations or modifications to products or the space beyond standard assembly.
