Terms & conditions

Version 1.2 — June 2026

1. Definitions

OnzeMonteur: the trade name under which the service is offered by Roamler Tech Holding B.V., established in the Netherlands.
Customer: the natural person or legal entity placing a booking via the platform.
Assembler: the independent professional engaged through the Roamler network who carries out the assembly assignment.
Service: the assembly work delivered by the Assembler to the Customer.
Platform service: the intermediary and supporting services provided by OnzeMonteur to the Customer.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, bookings and agreements concluded via OnzeMonteur. By placing a booking, the Customer accepts these terms.

3. Formation of agreement

By placing a booking, the Customer makes an offer to enter into an agreement with an Assembler. The agreement for the execution of assembly work is formed between the Customer and the Assembler at the moment the Assembler accepts the booking. The Customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices on the website include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. The price is calculated based on the assembly time of the ordered products according to the applicable pricing formula. OnzeMonteur reserves the right to change its rates; changes do not apply to already confirmed bookings.

5. Service levels

Standard: execution from 4 calendar days after booking.
Express: execution from the next working day (+10% surcharge).
A surcharge of +10% applies on Saturdays. No work is carried out on Sundays.
Exact time slots are confirmed after booking and depend on availability.

6. Cancellation and modification

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount. Changes to the date or time slot are free of charge if the assembler has not yet been scheduled.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of concluding it, without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer sends an email to rtnl.support@roamler.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Waiver: by explicitly consenting at the time of booking to the execution of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Customer waives the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If the service has already been partially performed at the time of withdrawal, the Customer owes an amount proportionate to the portion of the service delivered up to that point.

8. Performance of the service

The Assembler carries out the work based on the products and receipt provided by the Customer. The Customer must ensure that the products are present, undamaged and complete. OnzeMonteur is not liable for missing or defective parts. Upon completion, all packaging materials are taken away by the Assembler.

9. Quality and warranty

All assemblers hold VCA certification and work to professional standards. Complaints about the quality of the work must be reported within 48 hours of completion via rtnl.support@roamler.com. OnzeMonteur will assess the complaint within 5 working days and, if valid, schedule remedial work free of charge.

10. Liability

OnzeMonteur's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant booking. OnzeMonteur is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. OnzeMonteur is not liable for damage resulting from the Customer providing incorrect or incomplete information.

11. Payment

Payment is made in advance via the Mollie payment platform. Accepted payment methods are iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard. Once payment is successful, the booking is definitively confirmed.

12. Personal data

OnzeMonteur processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for the performance of the service and is not shared with third parties other than the engaged Assembler and payment provider. Uploaded images and receipts are used exclusively for price calculation and are not retained after processing.

13. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates a different court.

14. Assembly conditions

For the specific conditions governing the execution of assembly work, please refer to the assembly conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement.
