1. Who are we?
onzemonteur.nl is a service of Roamler Tech Holding B.V., established in the Netherlands. Roamler Tech Holding B.V. is the data controller for the personal data processed via this website. For questions or requests, please contact us at rtnl.support@roamler.com.
2. What data do we collect?

3. On what legal basis do we process your data?
- Performance of the agreement — name, address, email and receipt data are necessary to deliver the service.
- Legitimate interest — session data and log data for security and fraud prevention.
- Legal obligation — retention requirement for accounting records (7 years).
4. With whom do we share your data?

All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Data is not sold to third parties.
5. How long do we retain your data?
- Booking data: up to 2 years after completion of the service.
- Accounting records: 7 years in accordance with legal retention requirements.
- Receipt images (temporarily processed by AI): not stored after quote generation.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Have incorrect data corrected.
- Have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to the processing of your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, send an email to rtnl.support@roamler.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
onzemonteur.nl uses functional cookies (session authentication) and analytical cookies via Google Tag Manager. We do not request explicit consent for analytical cookies on the basis of legitimate interest. You may object at any time by emailing rtnl.support@roamler.com.
8. Security
Data is stored and transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). Access to the administration environment is secured with signed tokens and rate limiting.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you may contact the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
