How do I contact you?
You can reach us via the contact form on this page or directly by email at rtnl.support@roamler.com. We usually respond within 1 business day.
Which products can you assemble?
All IKEA furniture: wardrobes (including PAX), beds, sofas, tables, desks, shelving units and more. Just upload your receipt and we calculate the price instantly.
How soon can an assembler come?
Standard service is usually within 3–5 working days. Express service within 48 hours (+10% surcharge). Weekend service on Saturday or Sunday is available at the full rate.
What if I want to change or cancel my booking?
Send an email to rtnl.support@roamler.com with your booking reference. We will try to reschedule at no cost if this is at least 48 hours in advance.
Are the assemblers certified?
Yes, all assemblers are verified professionals from the Roamler network and are VCA certified. They work in uniform and with their own professional tools.
What if something gets damaged during assembly?
Our assemblers work carefully and professionally. If something goes wrong, contact us as soon as possible at rtnl.support@roamler.com with your booking reference and photos of the damage.
Can I pay with iDEAL?
Yes, we accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and other common payment methods via Mollie. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Are you a business customer and want to pay on invoice?
That is possible. Send a message via the contact form or directly to rtnl.support@roamler.com and we will make suitable arrangements.
What if my product is not on the receipt?
You can manually add or adjust products on the quote page. Unknown products receive the base rate (including VAT).
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, after payment you will automatically receive an invoice by email as a PDF attachment. If you want an invoice in your company's name, add your VAT number when booking.
Do the assemblers take away the packaging?
Yes, all cardboard and packaging material is neatly taken away after assembly and sorted for recycling.
How does the anti-tip fitting work?
Furniture is secured to the wall with the included anti-tip fitting as standard. If you decline this, the assembly warranty is void and you sign a waiver.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond within 1 business day. In busy periods this may sometimes be 2 business days. For urgent matters, it is best to email directly.
